VC-ACS FEMA NIMS Training Survey

This survey form is a standardized method for registered members of the Ventura County Auxiliary Communications Service (VC-ACS), and individuals applying for membership in VC-ACS, to report completion of required NIMS Courses. Please access and complete the survey each time you complete one of the required courses. You may also use this form to record completion of the DHS AUXCOMM course.

Members should maintain copies of Certificates of Completion for the courses. There is no current requirement to submit copies of these Certificates.
