Student during the tenure of 2 years need to study core and elective subjects.

In 1^st Year you need to studet 16 core and 2 electives to get 16.5 credits for each.

Yes, it is necessary to submit a SOP with the application form which is for taking admission into 2 year MBA program. So, SOP will be a short essay maximum of 600 words which needs to be submitted.

IIM Bangalore offers EPGP and PGPEM courses where it is mandatory that candidate should have work experience.

- Candidates applying for EPGP courses should have work experience from 5 to 12 years.

Yes, Both PGPEM and Executive Post MBA program is similar as both are targeted at mid-career and senior executives. There is minor differences in there course curriculum. Apart from this Executive MBA is a full-time programme where as PGPEM is part time where You can continue to work and attend classes on weekends.

No, you cannot get direct admission to the Executive MBA course at IIM Bangalore. To get admission, you must have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks

5. Work experience
6. Good academic record and performance in the interview and WAT

The placements at IIM Bangalore are quite good as the MBA (PGP) batch of 2019-21 witnessed a 100% placement record as 435 students bagged over 481 placement offers within the first two days of the interview process. Consulting and Product Management domains provided the majority of placements.

PGPEM is neither a distance learning program nor a regular course. It is a Post Graduate degree program offered to the students on-campus at IIM Bangalore. A total of 75 candidates have enrolled in this course this year. 

There are more than 560 seats in MBA programs offered at IIM Bangalore. There are many degree and certificate courses offered at IIMB like PGPBA, MBA Executive, PGP-PPM, and PGPM. IIM Bangalore Ph.D. Eligibility

• Candidates must have a Masters degree (or Integrated Master’s degree) with minimum 55% aggregate marks.

Candidates must also have a work experience of minimum 4 years.

MBA from any recognised institution is accepted. So, you can apply in this college.

To pursue a Post-graduation degree from IIM Bangalore the Candidate must have a Bachlelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for Resreved categories).

The candidates having a 100 percent cutoff can expect a call. However, getting a call doesn’t mean admission at IIM Bangalore. Candidates are further shortlisted on the basis of CAT score and eligibility criteria and called for an interview process. Apart from MBA, IIM Bangalore offers five other programs.

• Admission to IIM Bangalore EMBA is based on GMAT or GRE scores followed by Executive Assessment Centre (EAC) evaluation.
