- Every aspirant needs to submit only a single NEET application form.
- The medium of the exam must be selected very carefully from the list of 13 languages.

Photo ID Proof:

- International candidates can use a valid Passport as an identification document.
- Candidates will have to show the same ID proof during the time of exam and during the time of counselling also.
Category Certificate
- Category certificates i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc need to be uploaded as per the category mentioned by the candidate.
- The same document will be required during the time of admission.
PwD Certificate
- Persons with Disability candidates can take the benefit of the scribe facility or the extra time duration to take the exam only if they can prove their 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability by providing the PSD certificate.

- Post successful filling of the application form, you will be issued NEET Login credentials.

- Answering the Security Question set while registering: Candidates can also retrieve the password by answering a bunch of security questions.
